A new food culture in Ireland is emerging.The GIY movement reflects the desire in people to grow their own food and most reputable restaurants and chefs have their own kitchen garden or a local supply chain. The Organic Centre is thrilled to have won a special Eurotoques award for their outstanding contribution to Irish Food. We try to teach skills and instill knowledge in organic horticulture and sustainable living that can be applied to growing food organically and cooking nutritiously. Our new programme aims to make the aquisition of 'Skills for Life' accessible and achievable for everyone.
