Keeping livestock for eggs, milk, butter, cheese and meat with the added bonus of free manure for the garden is becoming popular again.  In the morning we will discuss the benefits and needs of house cows, goats, sheep, pigs and poultry.  We will explain grazing systems, housing, fencing, and feeds.  The afternoon will be spent on Marina and Noels' small holding in Rossinver, who keep a wide range of animals.
