Growing Trees from Seed

Gathering Seed  from lopcal Trees and growing them on is a very satisfying. It is also easy and fun!. Steven Meyers, Teagasc will show how to collect, Store and prepare Seed from different Tree species. Some Trees can be grown from cuttings and this will also be discussed. This is a practical Course and most of the day will be spent out of Doors. Participants will be gathering Tree Seed themselves from different Tree species and prepare them for Germination. Please bring a Raincoat, Wellingtons and Gloves.
