Growing Vegetables with Ingrid Foley,  growing and using Herbs with Gaby Wieland,  growing Fruit with Phil Wheal and preserve and ferment with Hans Wieland.  A sensational weekend full of sowing, growing and culinary delights.

Ingrid will tour the vegetable gardens and our polytunnels and explain soil, get you sowing and answer all your questions regards weeds and pests.

Phil will demonstrate how relatively easy it is to establish and maintain a fruit growing patch or orchard.

Gaby will talk herbs and explain the many uses from culinary to medicinal with a making sessions to take something home.

Finally Hans will explain and demonstrate the various traditional and modern techniques of fermenting and preserving your produce with some practical sessions.
