Hans will demonstrate traditional and modern methods and you can learn all about storing, drying, lactic acid fermentation, sterilising, freezing and “funky” hot fill-ins. All equipment needed will be shown. A practical session includes making your own sauerkraut to take home, pickling and preserving fruit without sugar.
