In line with Government advice, the Centre is taking its first steps towards re-opening and we plan to open in stages, starting with the onsite shop which will re-open on Monday, 18th May. At 10 am. To keep everyone safe, we are limiting entry to the shop to 2 people at a time, this allows for physical distancing. Alongside this limit – customers will have access to hand sanitiser and gloves, and we have set up a sitting area for people waiting to enter the shop premises, we are also opening up parts of our gardens for you to enjoy and to relax in.
Access to the Polytunnels is not yet feasible, but we are working on a plan and hope to open up the tunnels in the next stage of our re-opening plan. Our organic café will continue to be closed until further notice. Weekend courses will remain closed until at least the 12th June, and we hope that we will be able to conduct our first post-lockdown course, Biodiversity with Leif Barry, on the 13th June. We will keep updating you on social media about changes that are happening and about our online courses and videos.
We would like to express our gratitude to everybody who has been supporting us, ordering from our shop, emailing us and expressing interest in our well-being. Please get in touch if you have any comments, ideas or would like to ask questions. We hope you are safe and well and keeping occupied with your spring garden.
