Hosted by Andrew Watson – 40+ Years of Organic Gardening Expertise. Join us for a unique, hands-on learning experience dedicated to the art and science of grapevine care. Whether you’re a gardener, horticulture student, or heritage enthusiast, these workshops will guide you through the full annual cycle of vine management—from winter pruning to summer growth strategies. This is the first of a series of seasonal workshops that can be taken separately. What You’ll Learn:
- Renovation techniques for old and neglected vines
- Organic pest and disease prevention (mildews, moulds, mites)
- Growth management and troubleshooting common problems
- Foliar feeding and sustainable maintenance practices.
- You can take cuttings home in this workshop.
- Andrew will be conducting a short secateurs clinic.
