Ever wondered why someone would adopt a vegan lifestyle or what veganic growing is all about? 

This course will look at aspects of a vegan diet and lifestyle, from ethics to health. We will look at how organic farms and gardens can produce delicious nutritious food veganically, some of the resulting benefits (including better sustainability and environmental quality) and all without animal exploitation. 

This course will not be too heavy on the science and hopefully will dispel some myths along the way.
