Enjoy Asian Flavours from an Irish Harvest at the Organic Centre on Thursday the 22nd. An innovative Japanese chef, Yuji Shimobayashi - also a graduate of The Organic Centre's full time Organic Horticulture course - will be preparing a three course meal for you harvested fresh, 50 steps from the kitchen. Yuji is drawn to cooking local flavoursome and seasonal food that can form part of a healthy daily diet. That is to say, eating food that doesn't overindulge in the hidden extras like sugar, salt and dairy. Yuji has been experimenting with local grains and vegetables as well as with ferments, so expect a wonderfully diverse range of flavours at our very first supper club!
