This two-day course will investigate the myriad ways that a Nature-based intervention like social and therapeutic horticulture can benefit people. 

You will learn about research which supports the use of this discipline across a variety of settings. 

You will gain an insight into the role of a horticultural therapist and begin to design a client centred social and therapeutic horticulture programme to include assessment, planning and evaluation. 

There will be a practical element to this course on both days.
