From preserving fresh foods, to improving your gut health, to creating bold and exciting new flavours, the wonderful world of fermentation offers a host of benefits to us all. In this workshop you will learn how to make kefir, kombucha, sauerkraut and a number of other lactic acid ferments. You are asked to bring 3 small glass jars so you can take away your own starter cultures and begin fermenting at home.
