Herbalist Joerg will help you finding and identifying around 40 “wild” edible foods that grow right on your doorstep and are commonly used in Western herbal medicine and also for culinary purposes. Learn how nutritious these foraged foods are: Stinging Nettle e.g. is higher in protein and Vitamin C than spinach or Brussels sprouts.
Participants will bring home a small notebook with collected and identified species.
