After our first sellout Supper Club back in August, our Supper Club returns this October with local chef Yuji Shimobayashi. Yuji will be showcasing cuisine that can be enjoyed every day - seasonal food that is not over-indulgent in sugar, salt, fats or airmiles and can form part of a healthy daily diet. Expect more hearty root vegetables and brassicas this time around as the summer produce of salad, beans and tomatoes becomes a fading memory.
