Santee F1 is one of the most vigorous and strongest growing organic varieties of sprouting broccoli. Doesn't require frost like most other varieties, and so isn't as frost hardy.

A dual purpose variety for summer, autumn or spring harvesting.  Bushy plants produce large, tasty purple spears.

For early production, sow in March for planting April to harvest in November.
For direct sowing, sow April to mid June for harvesting January to May.
