Wild mushrooms are a treasure hidden in our woods and forests, so why not pick a few for your dinner table. In the morning there will be an intro to mushrooms. Learn how they grow, identification techniques and the things to watch when gathering mushrooms. This will be followed by a hunt for mushrooms in a nearby forest. Participants are asked to bring rainproof gear, a small sharp knife & a basket for collecting mushrooms (no plastic bags)
