The Longest Malin to Mizen was an adventure that Colman Power (Organic grower and fitness expert) and Brendan Guinan (Fiorbhia Farm) undertook in August 2024 when they cycled 1240 km from Milan head in the top of Donegal to Mizen Head, the most southernly point of ireland. They called into 10 top regenerative and organic farms in Ireland to show case some of the incredible health benefits of regenerative and organic agriculture on community spirit, mental and physical resilience, and environmental biodoversity while still producing the most nutrient dense chemical free and nourishing foods fo you and your family .
